US Slams Jamaica’s Record On Police Killings, Detentions

The United States administration says it is deeply concerned about the high rates of killings in Jamaica, highlighting the murder of women, even as it bemoans the “insufficient response” by the Government to end the violence and hold the perpetrators responsible.

Black Americans are killed at a much higher rate than White Americans

Although half of the people shot and killed by police are White, Black Americans are shot at a disproportionate rate. They account for less than 13 percent of the U.S. population, but are killed by police at more than twice the rate of White Americans. Hispanic Americans are also killed by police at a disproportionate rate.

White People can shoot at police and still survive. The concept of serve and protect kicked in.  

A 14-year-old and a 12-year-old white boys armed themselves with stolen guns and opened fire on Florida deputies, officials said. This is proof that the Police can deescalate the situation when they want to. Two white teenager with more weapons than sense open fire on the police who took cover behind some trees. As bullets fly in there direction officers can be heard telling other officers not to return fire because they are only kids.

On November 22, 2014, Tamir Rice, a 12-year-old African-American boy, was killed in Cleveland, Ohio, by Timothy Loehmann, a 26-year-old white police officer. Rice was carrying a replica toy gun; Loehmann shot him almost immediately after arriving on the scene. Two officers, Loehmann and 46-year-old Frank Garmback, were responding to a police dispatch call regarding a male who had a gun. A caller reported that a male was pointing "a pistol" at random people at the Cudell Recreation Center, a park in the City of Cleveland's Public Works Department. At the beginning of the call and again in the middle, he says of the pistol "it's probably fake." Toward the end of the two-minute call, the caller states that "he is probably a juvenile"

As the family of a 13-year-old boy who was killed by police in Utica, New York, demanded justice, the city's police chief alleged Monday that the teenager had a realistic-looking replica gun still in his hand when he was shot. The boy, identified as Nyah Mway, was shot once in the chest by a Utica police officer.

The USA sells toy guns to kids and then shoot those kids for having the guns they allow them to buy.
