The Problem with Humanity

The problem with humanity is that we think we are going to live forever. We think there is either life or consciousness after death. Why else would delusional people go on and on about the future of their Race or their Religion. Some even feel good about having 72 virgins waiting for them after death. As if, after death, your race, religion or willy will have any meaning or relevance to your rotten, decomposed dead self.

Human life is very short, the average human lifespan is only 79 years, 3 score and 10 and most of us will not live long enough to reach even that. I just do not understand why a person, with such a small pathetic lifespan compared to some other living things on this planet, would care so much about something, so trivial like after death future of your race or religion. You are dead you Muppet!

After you are dead and gone anything can happen. Your race or religion could no longer exit. This planet could no longer exist the day after you die, and it would not matter to anyone what you were on about, your memory will not last a week. I will never understand why we as human beings waste time worrying about things we cannot control, DEATH IS FINAL and the future is out of your control!

Humanity worrying about their Race and Religion, To the point where we are willing to murder another human being, rob that person of his or her equally short, mostly uneventful lifespan. You know a person is an idiot when that person goes on and on about the future of their people and their race. What future are you talking about and how do you know there will be a future for any people or any race or religion or for the planet?

I am shocked that some people still believe that human beings are going to change, be more loving, more caring, more peaceful and coexist in harmony and I am still wondering why, which planet have you been living on? Yes we can find good decent individuals but as a people we are destined for more of the same, more mass violence and a vicious cycle of self-destruction.

One cannot ride the waves of hate, campaign on hate and then distance ones self from the people one inspires to act on your hate. hateful rhetoric and narratives always brings about physical acts of violence.

I have observed man’s behaviour, I have studied the history of man and I bear witness to the current affairs of man and all I see is the human animals trying to find an excuse to kill each others and to murder each other with glee. There was no time in the history of humanity that we lived in harmony for any extended period. Human beings have always and will always try to wipe out other human beings and over the most trivial things. We know the story by now, we know what is going to happen next. Hate and violence create more hate and violence. Right now, there are people, simple minded idiots who are angry over the last attack and are planning future reprisal attacks. Which in turn sets up and put into motion a cycle of hate, hate speech and violence. That is human history and behavior from the beginning of time until now.
