With all the talks of high foreign exchange rates one would think importing expensive pure breed dogs would not be an issue. Another thing about importing expensive pure breed dogs is that they need expensive vet visits because these dogs are always getting sick. Also with the importation of expensive pure breed dogs comes the importation of expensive processed dog foods. One would never know we suffer from high exchange rates and foreign exchange shortages. Jamaica is not short of dogs, they roam the streets like they own the places and sleep wherever night catches them.
