Jamaica, General Election and Covid Pandemic

If this gets any worse we should not only blame the Government of the day but every member of the Political Class! This is the height of stupidity and a disregard for human life because of you need for power and glory.  

I think we could all agree that 2020 is not a normal year. Yes, normally we have a certain level of yearly carnage on this planet, but this year is a bit special. We have a new mass murderer in town and it has already killed 779,443 people in about 8 months. It is safe to say, we are still smack in the middle of the 2020 Pandemic.

Jamaica now have 1,146 cases. Which is why I do not understand why members of our political Class after all the speeches and debate regarding the Pandemic, decided to lead their semi-literate minion army on to the streets.

Massive amount of merriment loving people is out on the street, jumping around like circus clowns, during this pandemic, which is the height of carelessness and pure almshouse!

It is further proof that nothing will stand in the way of the Political Class need for Power, Glory and Wealth. These are the people you declare that you want to serve and protect but you have no problem unleashing them onto the streets and in the face of danger. Leaders must lead and sometimes it has nothing to do with what you want or what they want but what everybody needs! The needs and future of the many, outweighs the wants of the few.

All I am seeing is careless merriment loving people regardless of party, dancing in the streets, which makes me wonder if they do not have any work, or something more important to do with life. These people have very low survival instinct. I heard the Political parties are paying them up to JA$2000 to act like idiots on the streets.

If the Members of the Political Class want to impress me, they should tell their minions to get off the streets, go home and find something productive to do. The virus is now spreading like wildfire and I suspect in the next couple weeks it will be even worse.

The Government of Jamaica and members of the political class have more access to information than the people of Jamaica. The Government of Jamaica and members of the political class are supposed to be leaders of the Jamaican people. The Government and members of the political class take an oath to serve and protect the Jamaican people, sometimes to protect the Jamaican people from themselves. 

The Government is supposed to evaluate all situations, determine the risk to the Jamaican people and make the decisions to mitigate that risk. So, what do you think will happen when the Government of Jamaica announced a General Election and call out massive amount of semi-literate, minions on to the streets to campaign on their behalf? How do you think these semi-literates, merriment loving, jack-it-up-cock-it-up minions will respond to their Political leader’s call? 

I am not worried about people with sense, the ones who can evaluate what the idiotic Politician is saying and make better decision, but I am worried about the semi-literate minion idiots because they are a danger to people with sense. Think of it like driving your car, no matter how good a driver you are, every time you get into your car, your life is at risk from the idiot who cannot drive.
